Color phase.
I owe this pic's creation to another case of hilarious timing.
You see, back during April Fool's, for that one day, I posted this
"preview" of what was to be Rosalina: Windy Weather v4 (Quick warning, it's not Rosalina wearing the dress in that one, so you may want to brace yourself if you click that image), not actually planning on continuing that subseries.
The VERY next day after that pic went live, Sakurai gives this Smash Bros. post, detailing the reveal of the Gust Bellows as a new item. Though Rosie herself isn't in that pic, I found the timing of both my pic and the Smash post so funny, I caved and decided to draw Windy Weather v4 for real!
So if you have anyone to thank for the existence of this pic, thank, in this order:
