The Week in Life (5/10/14)

This is a very special TWIL entry for me.

Why, you ask?

Because as I type this, I am currently on vacation over in Niagara Falls! In Canada!



Yes, one of the world's most majestic aquatic deluges is within walking distance of my hotel room!



How will this affect my art, you ask?

Well, it won't, really, unless you also consider that Mother's Day is this Sunday, and with it, my obligatory Mother-themed pic. Aside from Rosalina, and the EarthBound bit I did last year, I'm actually kind of stumped...

As for those who requested work from me, don't worry, I haven't forgotten, and I'm working on them as we speak.

In the meantime, however, you and many others can tide yourselves over by taking a look through my recently released Tumblr blog: The Xero-J Sketchbook!



Since I create so many sketches, some of which don't make it all the way to my Gallery as Color works, I've decided to give them a second chance by posting each and every new one up on here! Who knows, some of them may actually get finished versions someday!

Other than that, I've mostly just been enjoying my time away from home, experiencing Niagara Falls and the massive tourist traps surrounding it, so I may be a bit lax with submissions

I do have a few projects (new and old) lined up that I want to share the details of with you when I return on Monday evening, what with The Rose of May 2014 still ongoing, the hilariously out-of-control hype train that is Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire's announcement, and the very, very, near completion of my quest to complete the National Pokedex, so keep an eye on this journal after this weekend!
