Ever since Mario Kart 8, my headcanon pegs Rosalina as still being the calm, serene cosmic princess she normally is...until the kart races come calling, at which point, she throws off the dress, hauls out the bike, and just rides off toward the track...
I also decided to bring back the cosmos underdress as it if were actual layers of fluff!
