Color phase.
A small personal tidbit about my experience on Miku was that, at first when I saw her in what I think was around late 2007 (thiswas before Smash Bros Brawl came out, mind you), I kept mistaking her for Runo Misaki from Bakugan (They're both teal-haired twintails in miniskirts, an honest mistake, really).
Since then, however, I've learned to tell the difference, and while Bakugan has sadly since fallen back into that void full of "Play Children's Game to Save Planet From Certain Doom" series that I tend to latch on to, Miku has gone from being just a fancy vocal simluation, to holographic virtual Japan-only idol, to somehow managing to become a star in almost every corner of the world that has a screen.
Heck, at this point, even I've caved and played Project Diva once or twice. That said, my most expertise with Miku is right here with my artwork and the various ways she's been portrayed on it, which in this case, is a recursive representation of the Diva Forme I created for Meloetta a few years back!
